Role and Responsibility.
• Have Introductory knowledge on switching and routing and Wifi configuration.• client satisfaction is our purpose; this is a HIGH TOUCH terrain in which continual client commerce is the norm.
• This includes setting up waiters, workstations, storehouse arrays, introductory networking, entering IP information in bias, and installing software.
• Able of troubleshooting gathered networks, IP/ VOIP issues across LAN/ WAN, VPN, VLAN Routers, Firewalls, Switches, IP PBX deployment, TCP/ IP( IPv4), DNS.
• To resolve complex specialized queries and issues of product functionality and disfigurement correction as well as coordinating with the applicable stake holders for product support.
